TAMCO schedules training and education plan every year for all staffs and managers. Certificate of these courses are accredited by National and International authorized training companies. Our training group is looking for the newest things in heavy lifting aspects. Also, we offer TAMCO’s courses to other companies’ experts and provide them a condition mixed up theory and practice with our simulators and educational cranes. We regularly control and inspect to ensure our machines are ready to provide service. All potential problems are considered by HSEQ and Technical Office inspectors and analyze in safety committee promptly and appropriate solution is proposed. Necessary trainings have been given to our operators to apply accurately load capacity charts, the last standards, and new methods in lifting.
Our Quality Assurance Management strives to present the best procedure for servicing. All nonconformities during operation process are observed and corrective action plan is proposed to improve performance and reduce risk. We try to control and manage risks in all aspects.
